The reason is there is no elevator in my building. I live in a fifth-floor walkup. There are four sets of stairs each with 16 steps. They are straight stairways, no corners to turn except at the top of each group of 16 steps.

You will need a heavy duty hand-truck, a strong rope, and at least one or two really strong guys!

This is a heavy safe. So heavy, in fact, I thought the building was going to cave in when it was delivered!

The bolts are heavy, secure, and clean. Nothing sticks and everything moves with ease.

It has a dial combination which also moves cleanly and without any sticking whatsoever.
